Ukrainian representatives won't attend a meeting of the Council of Heads of Security and Special Services Bodies of CIS Member States in Minsk on Thursday.

"We have no information that representatives of Ukraine will participate in this meeting," Ukraine's permanent representative to the CIS Executive Committee told Interfax-Zapad on Thursday.

Minsk is to host a meeting of CIS Council of Heads of Security and Special Services Bodies on June 5 to discuss the issues of security during international events and cooperation of special services in the fight against international terrorism and extremism.

Previously, Ukraine refused to participate in a meeting of the CIS Council of Border Force Commanders in Sochi. At the meeting of the CIS Council of the Heads of Government in Minsk, Ukraine was represented by Ukrainian Ambassador to Belarus Mykhailo Yezhel.
