Ending stocks in the single treasury account at the beginning of February 2015 amounted to UAH 8.79 billion, UAH 4.07 billion or 86.2% more than in early February 2014, the State Treasury Service of Ukraine has announced.

The service said that the government has not had such large ending stocks since 2008.

Previously, the government of Serhiy Arbuzov on the same date had UAH 4.72 billion, and as of early 2010 the Yulia Tymoshenko's government had only UAH 1.84 billion left.

In January 2015, ending stocks in the single treasury account grew by UAH 5.78 billion or 2.9 times.

The government also has foreign currency accounts, information about which is currently unavailable.
