Ukrainian Defense Forces shot down 13 out of 26 missiles at night – AFU Air Force

On the night of February 15, 2024, Russian occupiers attacked Ukraine with air-launched cruise missiles Kh-101/Kh-555/Kh-55, sea-based Kalibr, ballistic missiles Iskander-M/KN-23, anti-aircraft guided missiles S-300 missiles and Kh-59 guided missiles, the press service of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said.

"In total, launches of 26 missiles of different types were recorded: 12 Kh-101/Kh-555/Kh-55 cruise missiles from T-95ms strategic aircraft (Engels); six Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles (Voronezh); two cruise missiles Kalibr (Novorossiysk, Russia); four guided aircraft missiles Kh-59 (Zaporizhia region, Kursk region, Russia); two anti-aircraft guided missiles S-300 (Belgorod region, Russia)," the AFU said in the Telegram channel.

The forces and means of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Defense Forces of Ukraine destroyed 13 missiles of various types, including eight Kh-101/Kh-555/Kh-55 cruise missiles, one Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missile, two cruise missiles Kalibr and two X-59 guided aircraft missiles.
