Skibitsky: Enemy learns quickly, namely Kh-101 missiles are different from those used in 2022

Deputy Head of the Main Intelligence Agency of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Vadym Skibitsky said Russians learn quickly enough and rejected the possibility of switching to a "dumb" defense.
"The enemy is learning, learning quite quickly. I'll just give you an example: the same Kh-101 cruise missiles are completely different from those used in 2022. This is a missile with an active electronic warfare system, with active protection against emissions heat traps, etc.," he said as part of a discussion program organized by the Deciding Your Tomorrow project of the Victor Pinchuk Foundation in Davos.
Thus, as Skibitsky noted, in this case, "even if we go into a 'dumb' defense, as many say, we begin to develop our military-industrial complex without taking into account the possibilities of launching missile strikes, bombing attacks on targets, the enemy will not stop."
"We have to develop everything: air defense, and take care of the defense of the military-industrial complex, and so that it produces products, and we must also carry out counter-offensive measures in order to prevent the loss of territories. And the experience of 2023 showed us this," he said.
