President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has held a meeting with President of Singapore Tharman Shanmugaratnam, at which he invited Singapore to join the Peace Formula and prepare for the Global Peace Summit.

“First meeting with Singapore's President Tharman Shanmugaratnam. I am grateful to Singapore for its humanitarian assistance to Ukraine, as well as its support for sanctions and UN resolutions,” Zelenskyy said on X Tuesday evening.

Zelenskyy also informed that he invited Singapore “to join the Peace Formula and the Global Peace Summit preparations.”

“We discussed prospective areas of cooperation, such as cybersecurity and agriculture. I emphasized Ukraine's successful defense of free navigation in the Black Sea, which allows us to remain a global food security guarantor,” the President said.

“Ukraine is interested in developing ties with Singapore and other countries in the region,” Zelenskyy noted.
