There is no stable operating schedule for the humanitarian corridor in the Black Sea; ships operate when the security situation allows, Natalia Humeniuk, spokesperson of the joint press center of the Pivden (South) Operational Command, said during the national telethon.

"We assert that ensuring the operation of the humanitarian corridor is not just a grain corridor where only grain flows, there is an exit and entry of ships of other contents, with other cargoes. Ensuring the operation of this corridor is proposed in conditions that the Defense Forces can adhere to and ensure the component security to the extent possible," Humeniuk said.

She recalled that the work of the sea corridor is carried out without guarantees from international partners; its work is independently ensured by the Ukrainian military. Ships enter and exit the corridor only when the military is confident that the operation will be as safe as possible.

The spokesperson of the South Operational Command asked not to escalate the situation around some artificial delays occurring.

"There is no sustainable schedule, there are opportunities that are being implemented with the support of the defense forces," Humeniuk said.

At the same time, she confirmed that the military is recording an increase in the number of unmanned aerial reconnaissance operations that collect information not only along the front line, but also try to enter from the sea and monitor the situation in deeper regions.

"The presence of a naval group in the Black Sea shows signs that the vessels may be carrying unmanned aerial reconnaissance vehicles. This is being done to clarify the surface situation... In addition, we understand that the accumulation of certain enemy resources will be realized. We have already seen this. The attacks have become more targeted in the sense of some attempt," Humeniuk said.
