U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine's Recovery Penny Pritzker assured that Washington will continue to support Kyiv and stressed the United States will confront those who challenge our principles and values, wherever they are.

Asked whether Pritzker was concerned that events in the Middle East now could distract attention and weaken donors' resolve to help Ukraine recover economically, she said: "The short answer is no, I'm not concerned."

At a briefing taking place on the territory of the Coca-Cola museum-factory in the village of Velyka Dymerka (Kyiv region), she said the United States is steadfast in its support for Ukraine. It is in its national interest to support Ukraine. Pritzker said she has spoken with many people in Congress that Ukraine has bipartisan support, there is broad support among the American people, and there is unwavering support for Ukraine from President Biden.

The special representative said the situation in Israel is tragic, recalling that U.S. President Joe Biden condemned the "outrageous and brutal attacks by Hamas."

She said the United States will stand up to those who challenge its principles and values, wherever they are.
