Reznikov announces meeting in Ramstein format on Sept 17-24
Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov announced the next, 15th meeting in the Ramstein format, it will take place from September 17 to September 24 in an offline format.
"It will take place offline from September 17 to September 24," Reznikov said in an interview with journalist Andriana Kucher.
According to him, the priority issues at the meeting will be the provision of air defense systems, including aviation.
"The number one priority is air defense, with all its components ... plus aviation, as part of air defense. The second is artillery and ammunition. The third thing is, as I say, ‘steel fist,’ armored vehicles of all kinds ... and all kinds of spare parts for it … And, of course, the training of our servicemen, the renewal of brigades, the formation of new brigades," Reznikov said.
Earlier in the interview, the minister noted that in no case can we talk about reducing the importance of meetings in the Ramstein format. "Why will Ramstein, which will be held in the fall, be important? Because we will communicate our vision of the future for the next years," Reznikov said.
