Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba and British Foreign Minister James Cleverly discussed strengthening Ukraine's counter-offensive capabilities during a meeting in Brussels.

“I met with James Cleverly to discuss strengthening Ukraine’s counter-offensive capabilities. We both agreed that Russia has to leave Ukraine for the war to stop. I also emphasized that NATO membership for Ukraine will prevent future aggressions in Europe,” Kuleba said on Twitter.
