Britain launches GBP 10 mln fund to support Ukrainian organizations helping victims of conflict-related sexual violence - British Foreign Secretary

The UK is launching a GDP 10 million fund to support organizations in Ukraine, including those helping victims of conflict-related sexual violence, British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss said.

"Today I can announce that we launch a GDP 10 million civil society fund to support organizations in Ukraine, including those helping the victims of conflict-related sexual violence. We will not rest until these criminals are brought to justice," Truss said at a press conference with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba in Warsaw on Monday.

The head of the British Foreign Office assured that Britain would ensure that the criminals who committed the crimes in Bucha were brought to justice.

"What we have seen on the streets of Irpin, Bucha are scenes that we will never forget. We have seen massacres, evidence of rape and sexual violence, as well as indiscriminate killings of civilians. We will ensure that the perpetrators are brought to justice for these barbaric crimes," Truss said.

She said that, together with allies, Britain will increase efforts to stop Putin's appalling war.
