Some 3,810 people were evacuated over the past day via humanitarian corridors, Deputy Head of the President's Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko said.
In particular, 2,000 residents of Mariupol were able to get to Zaporizhia. Another 1,810 residents of Vorzel, Bucha, Hostomel, Shevchenkove and Borodianka are safe.
For all those who left Mariupol, temporary assistance centers were organized in Berdiansk.
As Tymoshenko said, such points will start operating in Manhush on Friday. "People walking on foot will be taken from Manhush to Berdiansk, from there to Zaporizhia," he said.
In addition, according to him, about 40 tonnes of food and medicines were delivered to the settlements of Kyiv region via humanitarian corridors.
