A total of 22 people were killed, three of them – children, and some eight people were injured in an air strike on residential buildings in the city of Sumy,, said the head of the Sumy Regional State Administration Dmytro Zhyvytsky.

"This story can rightly be called a massacre, because one bomb killed 22 people. Russian troops launched an air strike on a residential sector in Sumy. Another two dozen neighboring houses were partially destroyed. Among the dead there were 22 people, of whom three were children. At first, two were reported dead, but today rescuers pulled the boy's body out of the rubble.
