"The shelling of the house on Lobanovskoho Street in Kyiv will be one of the episodes in the investigation of Russian war crimes at the International Criminal Court in The Hague. The corresponding legal process is in full swing. We are already working on this," Kuleba wrote on Facebook on Saturday.
