Сandidate at the midterm elections for deputy in the single-mandate constituency No. 208 (Chernihiv region) Anatoliy Hunko (Servant of the People) has said that according to the vote count conducted by his headquarters he won the October 25 elections.

"According to the parallel vote count, which was conducted by my headquarters, I won a landslide victory in the electoral race in the 208th constituency with a difference of 1,442 votes. Now the hysteria of my opponent Oleh Liashko, who made a demonstration speech on his election on the cameras of central TV channels, becomes clear," wrote Hunko on Facebook on Monday.

"But the question about the main sponsor and the spending of funds for the campaign after the final fiasco remains," he added.

In turn, leader of Oleh Liashko's Radical Party Oleh Liashko said that he would not recognize the result of "these purchased elections."

"We won the elections, but the authorities and their candidate stole the people's right to free choice. Therefore, we do not recognize the results of these purchased elections, we demand a fair investigation and punishment of all those involved in the large-scale bribery of voters in 208^th constituency," Liashko wrote on Facebook.
