One Ukrainian serviceman killed, 7 injured in Donbas in past 24 hours

One Ukrainian serviceman was killed and seven suffered injuries in hostile attacks in the anti-terrorist operation zone in eastern Ukraine in the past 24 hours, Ukrainian Defense Ministry spokesman Andriy Lysenko said.

"One was killed and seven were injured over the past day," he said at a press briefing in Kyiv on Monday.

The hostiles were using heavy weapons throughout the frontline, Lysenko said.
