President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has thanked Italy for ratifying the Ukraine-EU Association Agreement with the European Union.

"I'm grateful to Italy for the ratification of Ukraine-EU Association Agreement," Poroshenko wrote on Twitter page.

As reported on Wednesday, the Upper House of the Parliament of Italy (Senate) ratified the Association Agreement between Ukraine and European Union.
