The eighth Russian "humanitarian aid convoy," which arrived in Donetsk on November 30, consisted of 21 cargo trucks, 18 fuel trucks and four support vehicles, the OSCE observer mission said in a report posted on the OSCE website on Monday.

The report notes that the column of vehicles crossed the Ukrainian border at the Russian Donetsk checkpoint at 09.42 on Sunday, and all cargo trucks bore the inscription "Humanitarian help from the Russian Federation." The cargo was briefly inspected by Russian border guards and customs officers, and Ukrainian officers were also present on the site during the inspection process. At 10.44, the convoy left the checkpoint towards Ukraine.

On the same day, at 20.38, all trucks of the Russian convoy returned to the Donetsk checkpoint, and at 21.16, the last vehicle of the convoy left the checkpoint towards Russia.

The report says that this was the seventh Russian convoy crossing through the Donetsk checkpoint since the arrival of the observer mission at Russian border crossing points.
