U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine John Tefft and Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine Jan Tombinski have arrived at Mena penal colony in Chernihiv region for a meeting with former interior minister Yuriy Lutsenko, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.

After a meeting with the ex-minister, Tefft and Tombinski are expected to talk to reporters.

The ambassadors received permission to meet with Lutsenko a week ago.
