The Ukrainian government has allowed enterprises with the updated status of critically important to perform repeated reservation of employees through the Diia portal from January 22 to March 1 without having to wait 72 hours, the Ministry of Economy said on its website on Tuesday.

The Cabinet of Ministers made the corresponding decision at a meeting on January 14.

"Reservations of such employees will be made in real time. These changes will solve the difficulties that arose due to the 72-hour pause between the end of the previous reservation period and the registration of a new one," the ministry said.

In addition, the government has allowed the full reservation of employees of health facilities of state and municipal ownership (previously it was 50% of the number of conscripts). It is specified that we are talking about public health facilities, institutions carrying out forensic medical and forensic psychiatric expert evaluation, as well as blood centers.

"Simplifying the reservation procedure for health facilities is a timely decision, taking into account their critical role in maintaining the country's life. The abolition of restrictions on the volume of reservations for healthcare professionals of health facilities is especially important," Deputy Minister of Economy Vitaliy Kindrativ said.

It is noted that the Cabinet of Ministers granted the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development the right to approve a list of Ukrainian non-governmental organizations implementing humanitarian projects at the expense of international partners.

The Economy Ministry explained that to do this, it is necessary to prepare a package of documents in accordance with the new criteria, contact the relevant ministry or regional military administration and wait for the decision of the commission on assigning the status.

If the manager wants to perform repeated reservation of employees without waiting until February 28, then it is necessary to confirm the criticality according to the new criteria, cancel the employee's preliminary reservation and submit an application for reservation (in this case, it is needed to wait 72 hours)

As reported, on December 19, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine announced a large-scale failure at the level of the network infrastructure servicing state registries.

The Cabinet of Ministers, by Resolution No. 1489 of December 24, automatically extended for one month the mobilization reservations in effect as of December 19 (when the cyberattack was committed), but not longer than until February 28, 2025.
