Robotic complexes are currently in the 12th special forces brigade"Azov, the 13th National Guard brigade Khartiya and some other units, commander of the National Guard of Ukraine Oleksandr Pivnenko said.

"We are working in this area. Currently, such complexes are available in Azov, Khartiya, and some other units. An offensive operation has already been carried out with drones, practically without the involvement of infantry (north of Kharkiv region). This is, if not the first in history, then definitely the first such operation in the history of the National Guard. But this is not a mass operation. And this is currently objective," Pivnenko said in an exclusive interview with Interfax-Ukraine.

He pointed out that robotic complexes cannot operate separately, only in the battalion system, so they must be integrated. The commander emphasized that the National Guard wants to create effective robotic ground complexes.

"We have already determined our needs, we are waiting," added Pivnenko.

In addition, he said that the National Guard has aviation, crews and aircraft that constantly perform tasks to inflict fire damage in the areas of task performance, aeromedical evacuation, etc.

"Every day, helicopters perform combat missions. They take off, work on targets, and return. Of course, it would be better if we still had airplanes and guided aerial bombs," noted the brigadier general.

In early December of this year, in the Kharkiv direction, the 13th brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine Khartiya carried out the first fully robotic operation against the Russian occupiers.
