The draft law on demobilization has been practically developed, but cannot yet be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada until the reserves of military personnel are prepared, said Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Ivan Havryliuk.

"This draft law has been practically developed and is ready to be released and submitted to the Verkhovna Rada through the Cabinet of Ministers. But until we prepare reserves of military personnel to replace those currently fighting on the battlefield, it is almost impossible to do this, because this will lead to the loss of the state," he said on Friday during the Hour of Questions to the government in the Verkhovna Rada, which was broadcast via YouTube by MP Oleksiy Honcharenko.
