German Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development Svenja Schulze has arrived in Kyiv on an unannounced visit.

As reported by DW, Schulze arrived to personally hand over part of the aid to the Ukrainian population from Germany; it is also reported that the aid concerns the restoration of energy infrastructure.
