Aggressor attacks post office in Oleksiyevo-Druzhkivka: two men killed, one injured - prosecutor's office
Russian troops attacked a post office in Oleksiyevo-Druzhkivka, Kramatorsk district: two men were killed and one was injured, Donetsk regional prosecutor's office reports.
"At about 16:30 on October 24, 2024, the Russian army shelled the village of Oleksiyevo-Druzhkivka in Kramatorsk district. The enemy's target was a civilian infrastructure facility - one of the local post offices. As a result of the enemy attack, a 19-year-old worker and a 21-year-old citizen received bodily injuries incompatible with life," the prosecutor's office said on Telegram.
Another 37-year-old man was taken to a medical facility with a mine blast injury. He is receiving qualified assistance.
At the scene of the incident, rubble is still being cleared and search operations are underway.
The type of weapon used by the enemy and the final number of casualties are being established.
Under the procedural guidance of Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pretrial investigation is being conducted into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
