Yermak: Victory Plan is plan of creating conditions for approaching war end on acceptable terms for Ukraine
The Victory Plan, which was presented in London, Rome and Berlin, is first of all a plan to create conditions for a real movement towards the end of the war, and the leading capitals of Europe realize this, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak has said commenting on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's visits to London, Rome and Berlin.
"Much attention was paid to the Victory Plan [in London, Rome and Berlin]. Our partners understand the logic of this plan. It would be strange to get an instant answer, because we need a very specific answer, and any specificities take time. We all understand, and our partners also understand that in times of war, time is counted not even in days, but in hours, so we expect feedback as soon as possible. Feedback in the form of concrete steps," he said on the national telethon Saturday.
Yermak also noted that "there have been very deep and substantive conversations in all these capitals. And our partners are very deep in the situation. They understand everything, they understand what this Victory Plan is for."
The head of the Presidential Office emphasized that "the Victory Plan is about creating conditions for us to really move forward towards the end of the war, the end of the war on terms that would be acceptable, first of all, for Ukraine. This Victory Plan is aimed at moving forward faster for the implementation of the Peace Formula."
He noted that in the European capitals "there is a full understanding, there was a very clear and specific conversation on the details."
"I hope that the next steps of our partners will best demonstrate their support for this plan," Yermak said.
