One Kalibr carrier ship on duty in Black Sea with total salvo of up to four missiles - AFU Navy
The Russian Navy has launched one Kalibr missile carrier into the Black Sea with a total salvo of up to four missiles, at the same time there are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov, according to operational information from the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06:00 on Friday.
"As of 06:00 on August 16, 2024, there is one enemy ship in the Black Sea, which is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to four missiles; there are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov; there is one enemy ship in the Mediterranean, carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles are absent," the Navy's Telegram channel says.
Also, the military noted, during the day, in the interests of the Russian Federation, the passage of the Kerch Strait was carried out: four ships entered the Black Sea, two of them continued to move towards the Bosphorus Strait; nine ships entered the Sea of Azov, two of them moved from the Bosphorus Strait.
