Pharmaceutical company Darnytsia (Kyiv) since the beginning of the military invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine has transferred medicines totaling UAH 26.6 million to Ukrainian medical institutions and volunteer organizations, the company is provided with transport for logistics, but feels shortage of truck drivers for delivering products.
"During 19 days of Russia's military aggression, Darnytsia donated about 600,000 packages of medicines worth UAH 26.6 million to medical institutions and volunteer organizations that help Ukrainian military and civilians free of charge," the company's press release says.
According to it, the Main Military Hospital, the Kyiv City Clinical Emergency Hospital, the Kyiv City Clinical Hospital No. 17, the National Heart Institute, Okhmatdyt, Zakarpattia Territorial Center for Emergency Medical Care, the Come Back Alive and Tabletochki charitable foundations, Zhytomyr city council, Kozelets intensive care hospital and military units received free medicines.
Darnytsia reported that its products are delivered to almost all hot spots in the country, including Mariupol, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Zhytomyr. At the same time, according to agreements with partners, the company is provided with a sufficient number of cars, but it does not have enough drivers for trucks.
