The exploitation permit commission of the State Aviation Service of Ukraine on September 26, 2016 recommended the head of the service to assign some routes to Ukrainian airlines.

An Interfax-Ukraine correspondent has reported that it was recommended that Urga airline (Kirovohrad) is assigned to service flights to Nzara (South Sudan).

Azur Air Ukraine could be assigned to regular flights Kyiv-Dubai and charter flights from Kyiv to Verona, Sharm el-Sheih, Hurghada, Antalya, Dalaman, Konya, Burgas; from Kharkiv to Antalya, Dalaman, Hurghada, Sharm el-Sheih; from Odesa to Antalya, Sharm el-Sheih, Hurghada; from Lviv to Antalya, Dalaman, Sharm el-Sheih, Hurghada and from Zaporizhia to Antalya, Sharm el-Sheih and Hurghada.

Windrose could be assigned to regular flights Kyiv-Dnipro and Ivano-Frankivsk-Salerno, as well as charter flights from Kyiv to Antalya, Sharm el-Sheih, Hurghada, Taba, Salzburg, Kittila, Rovaniemi, Maribor, Bergamo, Zanzibar, Punta Cana; from Lviv to Hurghada; from Dnipro to Sharm el-Sheih, Verona, Maribor; from Odesa, Zaporizhia and Vinnytsia to Sharm el-Sheih; from Kharkiv to Kittila and Maribor.

It is recommended that the frequency of flights from Kyiv to Sharm el-Sheih and Hurghada, from Lviv to Hurghada and from Dnipro, Kharkiv, Odesa and Zaporizhia to Antalya be expanded.

Dart Airlines could be assigned to service regular flights from Odesa, Kyiv and Lviv to Tbilisi and Batumi, as well as flights in other states – Lithuania, Norway, Spain, Sweden, France, Mauritania, Morocco, Namibia, Tunisia and Cameroon.

It is recommended that frequency of flights for Ukrainian International Airlines (UIA), the Ukrainian largest airline would be expanded on the following regular routes: Kyiv-Vilnius and Kyiv-Colombo, and the airline could be assigned for servicing regular flights to Kaunas from Lviv and Odesa.

In addition, it is recommended to permit UIA to service charter flights from Kyiv to Sharm el-Sheih, Hurghada. Taba, Antalya, Kittila, Kajaani, Poprad, Alicante, Eilat, Zanzibar, Aqaba, Goa; from Kharkiv to Sharm el-Sheih, Hurghada; from Odesa and Zaporizhia to Hurghada, from Lviv to Hurghada and Antalya.
