Suspended head of Ukrtransnafta Lazorko asks court to allow him to return to work at company’s head office

Oleksandr Lazorko, who was suspended from management of public joint-stock company Ukrtransnafta, has asked Pechersky district court of Kyiv, along with his management team, to allow them to return to their place of work in the head office of the company at 18/7, Kutuzov Street in Kyiv.

According to the court materials which have been forwarded to Interfax-Ukraine, acting head of Ukrtransnafta Roman Sidorak defined the places of work for Lazorko and his team as being at 3, Liuteranska Street, apartments 3-4.

"The residential apartment at 3, Liuteranska Street, apartments 3-4 were transferred to the use of an employee of the company – first deputy board chairman and chief accountant Natalia Parakhoniak [a representative of the Lazorko's team] and members of her family under a supplement to the labor agreement," reads the claim.

Ukrtransnafta operates Ukraine's oil transport system. It is wholly owned by national joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy.
