Ukrnafta publishes agenda of shareholders meeting scheduled for June 22

Public joint-stock company Ukrnafta, the largest oil extracting company in the country, has published a report on the holding of a general meeting of its shareholders at 13:00 on July 22, 2015.

The agenda includes the issues of dismissing and appointing board chairman, board member-chief financial officer (deputy board chairman) and members of the supervisory board and audit commission.

The shareholders are to approve the structure of the board in business activities.

The shareholders are to decide on the distribution of profit and payment of dividends for 2014 and discuss changes to the regulations.

As reported, businessman Ihor Kolomoisky and Naftogaz Ukrainy Head Andriy Kobolev after a meeting of the supervisory board of Ukrnafta on May 29 said that minority and majority shareholders will take part in the general meeting of the shareholders scheduled for July 22.

Naftogaz Ukrainy owns a 50% plus one share stake in Ukrnafta, and the group of companies related to the shareholders of PrivatBank (Dnipropetrovsk) owns about 42% of the shares.
