Oschadbank (Kyiv) is forming the register of holders of eurobonds worth $700 million with a maturity term until March 10, 2016 and those worth $500 million with a maturity term until March 20, 2018.

According to the issuer, it is collecting information about the owners of securities under the Cabinet of Ministers decision on including them in the process of restructuring sovereign and government-guaranteed foreign debts.

"Oschadbank asks beneficiaries or investment managers of eurobond ultimate owners to disclose information about themselves to facilitate further communication," reads the report.

The manager for forming the register of security holders is DFKing Limited, the structure of Orient Capital international group.

As reported, after the International Monetary Fund had endorsed a new four-year extended fund facility for Ukraine for $17.5 billion, the Finance Ministry started consultations on debt restructuring with creditors on March 13. The government also included Kyiv's eurobonds and the foreign debt by state-owned Oschadbank, Ukreximbank, and Ukrzaliznytsia in the restructuring plan. However, the said borrowers will have to negotiate their debt restructuring with the creditors as separate legal entities.
