Ukraine's Ministry of Infrastructure plans in two or three weeks to introduce a project on Ukraine's first concession road, Lviv-Krakovets, to investors, Minister of Infrastructure Andriy Pyvovarsky has said at a briefing in Kyiv.

"We will not build anything new in the road sector without concession roads, without establishing a system of paid roads. I hope that in the near future, in two or three weeks, we will introduce the project of the first concession road Lviv-Krakovets to investors," he said.

As reported in 2014, the project "Construction and operation of the Lviv-Krakovets road 84.4 km long" is a pilot concession project in Ukraine. The degree of economic efficiency from its implementation should define the level of potential investors' interest in the project and the feasibility of realizing concession projects in Ukraine.
