Head of the President’s Office of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, has had a telephone conversation with the French President's foreign policy adviser, Emmanuel Bonne, the press service of the President's Office reported on Thursday.

"Yermak informed the interlocutor about the situation at the front, the urgent needs of the Defense Forces, in particular in artillery shells and strengthening air defense. The parties discussed the implementation of the Ukrainian Peace Formula and preparations for the inaugural peace summit at the level of leaders of states in Switzerland," the message reads.

Yermak and Bonne paid attention to concrete steps to implement the bilateral Agreement on security cooperation between Ukraine and France, which was signed by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President Emmanuel Macron in Paris on February 16, 2024.
