The Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) and Kyiv signed a memorandum of cooperation, said mayor of Kyiv Vitali Klitschko.

"Today we have signed a Memorandum of cooperation between the capital and the Ukrainian Red Cross Society. First of all, it provides for cooperation in the rehabilitation of military and civilian victims of a full-scale war, from which Russia broke in," Klitschko said on the Telegram channel on Tuesday.

According to the mayor of the capital, it is in particular about the purchase of modern rehabilitation equipment for a large rehabilitation center that Kyiv is creating and which is already operating, despite the fact that some of its premises are being renovated.

Klitschko said that the memorandum also provides for the training of specialists who will provide psychological and rehabilitation assistance to the military and civilians affected by the war.

He noted that the Memorandum also provides for activities that contribute to the socialization of veterans.

"At the first stage of the Memorandum's implementation, cooperation will be carried out with the involvement of international donors," Klitschko said.
