Invaders attack port infrastructure of Mykolaiv with rockets – Pivden command
The Russian occupiers launched a missile attack on Odesa region and Mykolaiv on Tuesday morning, the Pivden (South) operational command reported.
"A massive missile strike has been carried out on the south of Ukraine, including with the use of aviation, from the direction of the Black Sea. Several air–launched missiles have been fired," a morning summary posted on the operational command’s Facebook page on Tuesday reads.
In particular, in Odesa region there is a hit in private buildings of coastal villages with subsequent fire. Rescuers are working on the ground. There are no preliminary casualties.
In Mykolaiv region, the port infrastructure was attacked. At the same time, Mykolaiv district was also hit by the S-300 air defense system from the temporarily occupied Kherson region. There is a hit in the car market, other open areas of the suburb. Information about the scale of the destruction and the victims is being clarified.
