Over past day, occupiers shell 11 settlements of Donetsk region, there are killed, wounded, including children – National Police
Over the past 24 hours, Russian occupiers shelled 11 settlements in Donetsk region, damaged houses, a school, a kindergarten, a church, there are killed and wounded people, according to the National Police of Ukraine.
"During the day, 11 settlements of Donetsk region were shelled by Russians. As a result of the strikes, at least 43 civilian facilities were damaged, including residential buildings, a school, a kindergarten, a church. There are dead and wounded civilians, including children," the the National Police said in the Telegram channel.
According to the police, Mariupol, Avdiyivka, Maryinka, Krasnohorivka, Slovyansk, Kostantynivka, Pokrovsk, Novhorodske, New York, Hostre, Ocheretyne were under fire from the invaders.
"This morning, March 22, at about 06.30, Russian troops launched a missile attack on Druzhkivka. There are victims," the police said.
The National Police said the enemy was shelling the civilian population from aviation, missile launchers and heavy artillery.
"The police opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) and Article 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine," the police said.
