Humanitarian corridors along nine routes scheduled for Thursday - Vereschuk

Nine humanitarian corridors are scheduled to open on Thursday, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine Iryna Vereschuk said.

"To date, nine humanitarian corridors have been agreed. Donetsk region: Mariupol - Zaporizhia. We applied for approval of this route and plan to send buses from Zaporizhia to Berdiansk to collect people from Mariupol. We will also launch a tank truck with fuel for refueling private cars along the route," Vereschuk said at a briefing on Thursday.

According to the Vice Prime Minister, the humanitarian corridors Borodianka-Zhytomyr, the village of Shevchenkove-Brovary will start working in Kyiv region.

"We also plan to deliver humanitarian aid in the form of food and medicine to the cities of Hostomel, Bucha, the villages of Semypolky, Markivtsi, Opanasiv," Vereschuk said.

She also said that in Kharkiv region, humanitarian aid will follow the Kharkiv-Vovchansk route.

"We continue to work out routes for the delivery of humanitarian aid to all encircled and blocked cities," Vereschuk said.
