The occupiers continue to shell the civilian population of the cities of Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, Kreminna, Rubizhne of Luhansk region, according to the Telegram channel of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine on Tuesday.

"Occupiers again cynically shell the civilian population of Luhansk region. Russian invaders are attacking Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, Kreminna, which is why houses, apartments and garages are on fire in these cities ... In Rubizhne, Russian invaders destroyed a boarding school for children with visual impairments, a city hospital and three schools, there are those who died as a result of the shelling," the report says.

Fire and rescue units of the State Emergency Service of the region continue to put out fires and help people, despite enemy shelling.

"There is a small victory - yesterday, on March 14, more than 1,700 residents were evacuated from the combat zone of Luhansk region. The enemy did not stop shelling for a minute, but everything was done - people are already safe," the ministry said.
