Kuleba hopes Lavrov to convey to Moscow Ukraine's requests for permission to provide humanitarian aid to Mariupol, 24-hour ceasefire regime

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has said that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov seemed to have come to Antalya to talk, not decide, and expressed hope that the Russian Foreign Minister would convey to Moscow Ukraine's requests for the urgent need to allow humanitarian aid to Mariupol and a 24-hour ceasefire.

"In our meeting with FM Lavrov mediated by Mevlut Cavusoglu I insisted on the urgent need to allow humanitarian help for Mariupol and a 24-hour ceasefire. Unfortunately, FM Lavrov seemed to have come to talk, not to decide. I hope he will convey Ukraine's requests back in Moscow," Kuleba said on Twitter Thursday.
