Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has called on foreign partners to supply Ukraine with warplanes.

Russia has advantage in the air, Kuleba said. "Dear partners who still have not provided Ukraine with military aircraft: how can you sleep? [...] You can take this decision now. Do it!" Kuleba wrote on Twitter on Thursday.
