Russia and Ukraine have swapped the detainees in the 35-for-35 format, Russian Presidential Human Rights Commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova has told journalists.

"Ukraine extradited 35 people to Russia, and we extradited to Ukraine the same amount," she said.
