The Rivne branch of the Volia political party on its Facebook page "Political Party Volia Rivne" has posted statement calling for voters to cast ballots for Verkhovna Rada deputy and Volia Party member Yuriy Dervyanko, the Civil Network OPORA has said.

"I call on all members of the Volia Party! I ask you all today to go to polling stations and vote for Yuriy Derevyanko," OPORA said on Facebook, citing the post.

According to OPORA, a number of representatives of the executive branch of Rivne region has made posts to Facebook with signs of "hidden campaigning" in favor of one or another presidential candidate.

On the Facebook page of the head of the Rivne Regional State Administration Oleksiy Muliarenko there is a post about voting and supporting "continuing the course of our state to the European Union and NATO," while in the Facebook profile of there appears the "Think" (Dumay) meme from the incumbent President Petro Poroshenko's campaign.

The Rivne District State Administration head Volodymyr Pylypchuk also posted on a Facebook using a slogan from Poroshenko's campaign.

In addition, profile photos of the head of the Zarechnensky District State Administration Anatoliy Smagliuk and Kostopil District State Administration head Oleksandr Sereda also use the same Think (Dumay) profile images from Poroshenko's campaign.

OPORA says this is contrary to the rules on election campaigning (Part 3 of Article 57 and Paragraph 2 of Part 1 of Article 64 of Ukraine's law "On the election of the president of Ukraine."
