The headquarters of Ukrainian presidential candidate, Batkivschyna Party Leader Yulia Tymoshenko, has said that on the day of the presidential elections in Ukraine they registered facts of bribing voters, illegal campaigning and issuing ballots, which already contained some marks.
According to the party's website, in most polling stations in Lviv region there are no informational posters about candidates. Tthere was also a case of one voter handing their ballot to another one. In one of the districts they recorded a large number of checklists, which have not been put into the ballot boxes (which also is a violation), and at the polling station of a military unit in the village of Starychi, Yavoriv district, there is a shortage of ballot papers.
In Kyiv region, facts of bribing voters by representatives of the candidate for the post of the president of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, were recorded in Boyarka. In Vyshgorod an attempt was made to issue ballots using the carousel voting method, the Batkivschyna Party's website reported.
In addition, according to eyewitness accounts, in Boyarka and Irpin, balloons and information flyers containing the call to vote for Poroshenko are distributed on behalf of the former mayor of Irpin, Volodymyr Karplyuk.
In Zakarpattia, in the village of Volovets, at polling stations No. 210141, observers from Batkivschyna found protocols on counting of ballots, which were already signed by members of the commission without a seal.
In Kryvy Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, observers from Batkivschyna recorded violations of the established procedure and rules for conducting elections – an attempt to receive another ballot by a voter. In addition, police was obstructing pollsters conducting an exit poll there.
