NABU appeals Kholodnytsky's reprimand at Supreme Court

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) has appealed against head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor (SAP) Nazar Kholodnytsky to the Supreme Court, the Kyiv-based Ukrayinska Pravda media outlet has said referring to director of the Bureau Artem Sytnyk.

"The lawsuit was filed with the Supreme Court. And according to Sytnyk, the date for considering the claim has not been determined yet," the note published on Thursday night says.

As reported, on July 26, 2018, the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of Prosecutors recommended Kholodnytsky be reprimanded, rather than dismissed from his post for a committed disciplinary offense.
