The Ukrainian armed forces are ready to establish and observe a ceasefire starting from midnight March 5, 2018, the press center of the headquarters of Ukraine's military operations has reported.

The Ukrainian troops have "unswervingly adhered" to every ceasefire arrangement, the press center said.

At the same time, "in the exceptional case of a risk to life or health of the civilian population or military personnel, and other provocations" the troops will be "ready for an immediate adequate response."
