The Inspectorate for Internal Control and Audits of the State Air Traffic Services Enterprise (UkSATSE) after the primary certification audit has first received the ISO 17025:2005 conformity certificate in the System of International Certification (SIC) and confirmed its conformity to ISO 17020:2012 standard for the third time.

The press service of UkSATSE reported that conformity to the accreditation criteria outlined in ISO/ІЕС 17025:2005 allows its specialists to investigate incidents in the air navigation servicing, conduct inspections, assess risks and analyze information.

"This would be the foundation for the further expansion of areas of competence of the air navigation servicing provider. UkSATSE has remained the only enterprise in Ukraine that has the ISO 17020:2012 conformity certificate, which allows conducting inspections as the A, B and C type inspection bodies for air navigation servicing and audit of aviation enterprises," UkSATSE said.

The Inspectorate for Internal Control and Audits is responsible for running processes regarding safety and quality management aspects.

UkSATSE, founded in 1992, is a base of the national Air Navigation System and the Joint Civil-Military Air Traffic Management System of Ukraine (JCMS).

The main mission of UkSATSE is to provide an efficient and safe air navigation services in the Ukrainian airspace and in the airspace over the high seas where the responsibility for providing air traffic services is delegated to Ukraine under the international agreements.
