Ukraine switches to 'winter time' on the eve of local elections

Ukrainians will turn the clocks one hour backwards in the early hours of October 25, the day on which the local elections in the country will be held.

At 0400 on October 25, the daylight saving time ends and the clocks will go one hour back, the press service of the Ukrainian Economic Development and Trade Ministry reported.
