Poroshenko doesn't rule out that Ukraine's national police may be headed by foreigner
Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko said he does not rule out that the national police may be headed by a foreigner.
"I don't rule out and I want to say that there may be a foreigner there," Poroshenko said in an interview with STB television on Saturday evening.
Poroshenko said basic American experience is being used for the creation of patrol police and U.S. coaches are working in this sphere.
Poroshenko said the foreigners who have already been involved in the implementation of reforms in Ukraine have already shown their positive experience.
