Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has refuted allegations regarding existing agreements with businessman Dmytro Firtash after he met him and Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko in Vienna before the presidential election in 2014.

"I never denied a short meeting with Firtash during the presidential election campaign. I absolutely deny and denied any confidential agreements disclosed by Firtash. This did not happen and this does not exist," he said at a press conference on Friday.
