Supreme Court decides to file lawsuit with Constitutional Court contesting constitutionality of some provisions of lustration law

The Ukrainian Supreme Court has decided to file a lawsuit with the Constitutional Court contesting the constitutionality of some provisions of the law on lustration.
The decision was made by the Ukrainian Supreme Court plenum on Monday, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent has reported.
Twenty-seven of the 43 judges voted in favor of filing the case with the Constitutional Court. Fifteen judges voted against the decision.
