Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and U.S. State Department Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland on Monday in Kyiv discussed boosting U.S. macrofinancial aid to Ukraine.

"The sides have discussed the possibility of boosting macrofinancial aid from the United States to Ukraine and the related need to adopt the anticorruption package [of laws] offered by the [Ukrainian] president," the presidential press service said on Monday.
